Feeling much better today after a mentally pretty hard start to the week. Managed to put in a couple of easy but productive days of indoor cycling, not sure yet if I'm going to try running tomorrow or not.
Time on the bike feels totally different from anything else. I've managed to do the sprint triathlon distance of 20km twice now, it feels really long compared to the 5k of running which at this point is a walk in the park for me. It's a good reminder that I need tons of kilometers on the bike just to get comfortable with it.
I've spent more time on this site hoping that I could build something that would allow people to leave comments and participate. It would be nice to have more discussions and interactions with more experienced athletes and other beginners like myself as my goals keep on growing :)
