I’ve been slowly collecting basic things to my flat to be able to do simple bodyweight training at home. I now have a joga mat, a cheap pull-up bar, and a resistance rubber band.
I started doing simple 10-20 min AMRAP rounds of 10 pull-ups / chin-ups, 15 sit-ups, and 10 push-ups daily after my run or other workout before hitting the sauna. The body took a couple of days to figure out what was going on, but now it feels great addition to my days.
