All the chafing and other minor damage from the marathon have completely healed. I still have some minor pain in my right leg behind the knee, though. It feels like muscle ache but I'm a bit worried that it hasn't gone away even though I've not been stressing the legs all that much (and because this is something new I've never experienced before). I've also had minor knee pain while running but it feels very much like the stretching-related pain I've had before so not too worried about that.
I'm really hoping that I can get back to proper training again. Not at all sure if I should take it easy or just keep steadily raising the activity minutes at this point. Going day by day.
